The Add/Edit screen is where you enter your records. Before entering any records you need to set up categories and your sent items list. Select Cat to add/edit your categories. (see below) Select Edit Sent Items to add/edit your sent items list. Once you have the categories and sent items entered, return to this screen and start entering your records. Tap the New button and fill out the screen. The Rebate for field is where you enter a description of what this rebate is for. If you have sent the rebate in check the Sent box and then tap the Date field to select the date. If you have received the rebate check the Recv'd box and tap in the Date field to select the date. Select the Down Arrow in the Category field to select a category. Select the Down Arrows it select items that were sent along for this rebate. These items must be previously set up. You can select up to four of these items per rebate. Enter notes if you choose by tapping the Notes button to bring up the Note Editor. Use: - |< - to view first record

You can purge (delete) rebates that have been received by selecting Purge Recv'd from the Options menu of this screen. You can delete the entire database by selecting Delete All from the Options menu of this screen. You can export the database to the Memo Pad application by selecting Export Memo from the Options menu of this screen. NOTE If you decide you want the database sorted in ascending order you must resort the database each time you add a new rebate. |
